I was told a recent Harrah's newsletter mentioned: "Turn base into bonus points" on certain days at Harrah's Vegas properties - for Diamond and Platinum only. I didn't see that and I'm not sure what that means. Does someone know the details?

I believe that they are referring to if Diamond members play on Mondays they get 5x reward points. If they play all Mondays in the month then they get 10x the points.

Jean, it's very simple: as I'm sure you probably already know, when playing a machine at a Harrah's property, you earn both "base" points and "bonus" points. On the days when you can "turn base into bonus", they will add an additional amount of "bonus" points, which is usually (if not always) 2x the base points earned.
