Here is the reply hubby received about the 7796 missing credits.
Needless to say, this does not come close to answering the question
of missing credits. So we have started over with just a very simple
question to them: "What happened to 7796 credits on Feb. 9?"
Reply from Harrah's customer service:
"I apologize for the delay in the response. I hope all is well.
After researching your account, you are combined with your wife at
the Rio. You are the secondary when you play there, so all of your
Reward Credits go to your wife's account. I looked into both
accounts and can see no discrepancies. I did take the liberty into
combining all of your accounts, resulting in only one in our system.
Your current Reward Credit total is 8507. Please give
www.harrahs.com a few days to update. If you have anymore questions,
feel free to contact me at my e-mail. Thank you again for your
loyalty."
Catching up on postings while we were away, I see on Feb 12 Donna
noted
a large reduction in her husband's Harrah's account for reward
points
even tho they had visited a Harrah's property as recently as Dec
2005.
She was checking with Harrah's for an explanation.
Bob Dancer replied saying that Harrah's cancels out points earned
from
any property not visited within 6 months - or, at least, that's
how I
understood his message. Going to Harrah's website, I find a
statement
saying that all RC remain in the account as long as any Harrah's
property is visited in the last 6 months.
That doesn't explain Donna's experience and if she gets an answer
