While I'm aware that the "detail" pages for the various offers on a
Harrahs website all say you need the mailer to redeem them, when it
comes to Harrrah's/Showboat's(etc.) offers for "bonus(or extra)"
Reward Credits(as well as their offers for "bonus(or extra"
cashback), I've never needed the actual mailed card to redeem the
offer. All I've ever had to do is swipe my TR card on(one of) the
specified day(s) and I get the points(or $) added to my account.
Of course, I HAVE needed the mailer/card to redeem any giveaway offers
(Free Blanket, Free Turkey, Free Fleece, etc.). But not for "bonus"
points or $.
I've also noticed that nearly EVERY offer(for anything!) that I get
from them shows up online long(about a week or so, on average) before
it shows up in my mailbox. So, by the time my offers for rooms show
up in my mail, I've usually already booked(at least part of) them
online, once I saw them there.
While I've never seen "duplicate offers" on the offer page of
Harrah's website when I go there, I have had offers that _appeared_
_to_ _be_ duplicates there. For example, if I were to go there now,
I'd prolly see "$8 Bonus Cash" listed twice, BUT one of the listings
would have an expiration date of 12/31 and the other 1/31.
In other words, it's(an example of) a "repeat offer" in 2(or more)
consecutive months. At first, it looks like a duplicate, but a check
of the expiration date column tells me it's actually 2 different
offers. I'm not saying you don't have duplicates, but this is the
closest I've come to having them.

This showed all offers that have been mailed to me which included a
strange offer for New Orleans which I'll never use. It also showed
another offer that I didn't know about, one for 10,000 Bonus Reward
Credits which I'll use when I receive the mailer. All the ones that
I opened stated that you can't print out offer, you must use the
coupon from the mailer.
Something else showed up which I'm wondering if anyone else has had
happen to them? Many of the offers were shown in duplicate such as
the 10,000 BRC offer. Would be nice to get the duplicates but don't
think that will happen.
In any case, has anyone else seen duplicates on their account?
