Received a letter from a Harrah's Executive Casino Host in Laughlin:
"Dear Dennis,
As you know, you've always been one of my favorite players...."
I've never heard of this person, but she offered two complimentary nights accommodations complete with food and drink.

I received the same letter and I haven't played at Harrah's in over
two years. They must be beating the bushes for players.
