I participated in a focus group in Jan. sponsored by harrahs where
they wnated feedback on what benefits would entice people to
concentrate play at Harrahs. Some of the benefits cited were access
to limo service, upgrade to 1st class air tickets, filling car with
gas and car wash. Has anyone else heard anything else about this? No
roll-out date was ever mentioned, nor was reward level required

Yeah, a bunch of folks, got e-mail requesting they complete online
surveys about a new tier level. Sounds like the same sort of perqs. I
also liked honoring outdated coupons and reserved machines.
Harrahs will reserve machines? Hmmm... I can think of
a couple of quarter AA machines that happen to be
close to where the cocktail waitresses stand to refill
their trays...
Of course, when I sit at those machines, the EV on my
play goes down for some strange reason. Maybe the
machines are rigged...yeah, that's it...
