Just got back from a 5 night stay at the Harrahs in New Orleans. I was told by an employee at the Total Rewards counter that there is NO CASH BACK.

That is true; I have never known Harrahs New Orleans to give cashback. In fact, off the top of my head, I don't know of any Harrahs that is giving cashback these days.

As for the Atlantic City properties, there is no true "cashback" which I define as being able to pickup the same day and is a known percentage and that you are entitled to based upon slot club rules/promotional materials. There is bounceback in Atlantic City that can be collected on a future trip that is usually based on theo but is not always.
