Harrah's NO has agreements with at least 10 area hotels, maybe more. Not
everyone gets to pick from the top three--Windsor Court, Loews and W. I believe
the hotel choices you are offered depend on your Diamond/7 Star status with
Harrah's and your projected or proven coin in per trip. Returning visitors with
a host and history may do better than a first time visitor. In other words,
I think your level of play is certainly a contributing factor here.
