Was at Harrah's on 7/22/04 and they do indeed have a bank of 99%+ machines. These machines are on the lower floor, by the quarter progressives. As you enter the boat, they are one floor down all the way to your right, against the far wall. There is a big 99%+ sign above them. The bank has 9/6 JOB, 9/6 DDB, 9/7 DB and 16/10 NSUD. By the way, you earn zero bonus reward credits on these machines.
