No, I did not get this offer. I got a similiar one sometime in 2005(?). My
recollection the jackets offered were patchwork style ones. I didn't go for
it.
So are you talking Tier/Base points or Reward Credits? Harrahs Corp casinos
usually don't take your points for promos, but things do change.
My last Laughlin walkabout before Turkey Day took me to Harrahs. They still
have the best southern Nevada HET VP to play. They did add some of those
Shufflemaster Blackjack games with about a .8% vig. I don't know the rate of
earning Tier/Base/Bonus points, but it might be the best BJ in the house.
