Harrah's Laughlin Flights

Had been looking forward to another New Year's Eve at Harrah's Laughlin with a Harrah's charter flight from Chicago.

When the trip was listed on the Harrah's website I called to book it. The hard working employee checked both my TR number and my spouse's TR number, and then told me the trip was by invitation only.

She didn't say, it will cost you each "X" dollars, she didn't say if you pay "X" dollars you can bring a guest, she said it was by invitation only. Apparently two Diamond level players were not getting an invitation.

I didn't have the heart to ask why they put it on the Harrah's website if it was by invitation only, so we'll never know the answer to that.

Business must be good.

In yesterday's mail we received an offer for the very junket they denied us in October. In October we were not worthy, but two and a half weeks before the flight departs, for a stay that includes NYE, we are worthy.

They need to do a better job.
