I've been reading on the internet the past few days that there have been some changes to the video poker at your casino. More specifically the jacks or better games have been reported to have had their paytables changed from 9-6 to 8-5 in every denomination from nickels to dollars. Can you shed some light on this as to if it's true and if so why the change was made?

I can confirm this. I checked most (if not all) of the $1 sgl liners. At least a few NSUD remain, but for how long?
I personally don't play at that level, so keeping diamond will be probably out of reach for me now.
I could try 'keno', but those same machines require $10/pt.
(lol!).
Too bad - their marketing during this economic downturn had been quite generous.
FOr those who MUST play - here's about all that's left:
Some scattered 9/7 DB for .25 sgl liners.
Even a few 9-6-4 DDB for diehards who want an almost 99% game.
The 'best' game avail. in 50p's is probably 8/5 Super Double,
(with 400 SF). Volatile as all-lightning strikes, or worse!
There are a few of those new 'gimmicky' games, like Big Split and some kind of Multi-strikes (.25 and higher, requiring the bigger bankroll to play). And I'm not even sure if those are close to 99% return games (DOUBTFUL!).
Otherwise you will have to be satisfied with the usual 7/5 BP and below games...
Sorry for the (Sad) bad news for vp fans.
