Yep. But to be precise the threshold used to be 4,500 Reward Credits and not
Base Credits. Reward Credits are Base + Bonus.
Also you had the whole calendar month to rack up the points, but just in one
casino.
My bounce came about five weeks after closing out the month. Mine have been
for a whopping .07% of coin-in for Laughlin, good for a year...but it also has
been awhile.
YMMV under the current conditions.
