Yes, I live in Texas. The postcard states "Congratulations, you made over
4500 reward
credits at Southern Nevada Harrah's properties during the month of March"
(not exact wording,
but something similar) I've only been a Total Rewards member since Park
Place Connection Club
switched over, last year. I only play at HET properties in Las Vegas so I
don't know if one would
receive similar "Cash In The Mailbox" postcards from say, Harrah's New
Orleans.

takes $10 coin-in to earn one base credit on a video poker machine; only $5

My mistake, I forgot about the "Bonus" points! HET makes you work to keep
track
of tier, base, bonus, reward credits and just to mix things up, "gift points"
