Harrah's Las Vegas Cash Back

Can anyone tell me how Harrahs Las Vegas cash back works (if at all)?

I was there in March and played probably 400-600 hands/hour of $2 VP, 1-3 hr/day, every day for 3-4 days. I made Diamond (I was already about 1/3 of the way there) that trip, with points to spare. When I inquired at the Total Rewards desk, I was essentially told that I hadn't played enough for any cash back.

This was the first time I'd given Harrahs LV any real action, as it was the first time I'd stayed there; my previous points had been earned at other HET properties outside of Vegas.

When I posted this here in April, some responses said I should get cash-back coupons in the mail from them, good for several (?six) months. I have never received any cash-back coupons, although I do get SOME offers that are tempting.

I have received communication from a host, who has helped me set up my next trip, in a few weeks, and I'm happy with the trip arrangements so far -- but he too could not tell me anything about my cash back, except that I should have some coming and I should check at the cashier (???!!!) when I get there.

I am getting a $400 no-questions-asked no-receipt necessary "airfare reimbursement" -- is that HET's way of giving you cash back, since the "conditions" are that "there are no conditions, just come here"?

There's got to be a way to find out if I'm missing mailings for ash back coupons, whether I have anything coming, and what the story is -- or does there?

I know that HET properties are not the best, but between the offer I'm getting for this trip, and the comp dollars I've accumulated and need to spend on food / etc. while I'm there, I'm still good for HET this trip, although my action this trip will be substantially reduced unless I find out that the cash back is making it all worthwhile, which I expect is not likely.

Thanks!!

Cash back is nonexistant at Harrah's properties. If you have been told that
Harrah's had CB you either have been misinformed or you have better
information than I do. I have never experienced it. You may get bounce
after a trip in the form of a voucher (good for a given period) after trips
to southern Nevada casinos. As with most bounce, there is nothing that
obligates the casino to supply it and the formula for receiving it is a
mystery for the player to figure out. My experience is that the bounce from
southern Nevada Harrah's casinos is extremely anemic. .1% or less? I
figured it out at one time and promptly forgot it was so inconsequential.
The main way I have played with a positive expectation at Harrah's southern
Nevada casinos is to Wong in on juicy marketing offers, and that may be a
thing of the past with the reduced theo of decent vp there.

If you want a detailed list of your offers the Harrah's website is an
excellent resource.

Is BB cash really only $10 per 4,500 reward credits? If that is correct,
then does it take $45,000 coin-in (VP) to earn $10 (BB)?

If so, at that rate it's kind of a moot point. This kind of BB cash won't
even cover my tips to the cocktail waitress!

No, it's based on total rewards credits earned and not just base, so
bonus reward credits count. However, if you're playing at Caesars on
the machines that give you no bonus rcs, then yes, it takes $45K to get
$10. You have to earn at least 4500 total rcs on a trip to get
anything.

Drew, who is still waiting for his Memorial Day "Cash in Your Mailbox"
coupon. Patiently. Whenever. No hurry. Don't worry about me.
