Usually Harrahs is the very first to downgrade. However, they didn't
touch those $5/10/25 single-lines in High Limit.
But I guess the higher-ups read here how it was still busy at the
Venetian despite all the paytable slashing over the last few months.
So now what little there was to play in Harrahs high limit is down to
one machine.
Very difficult to fly into Vegas now and to expect to play your trip on
full-pays. If that one machine is occupied, what's your option?

Sounds like something Singer would play!
This may be picking a nit, but there is no such thing as 15/9 NSUD.
Many years ago, someone decided FPDW was too good, and so they
created the 15/9 table you refer to. That game became known as
Ugly Ducks. Later on, casinos decided they needed to offer something
better than Ugly Ducks and yet still below 100%. So someone boosted
the SF and Quints by 5 coins and that game got to be know as
NSUD = not so ugly ducks.
