The 5x promo on Mondays and Tuesdays is for everyone. There are
kiosks at both entrances and you swipe your card to "activate" your
account for the promo before you enter the casino**. Harrah's says
it can take up to 48 hours for the extra points to show up on your

(Harrah's electrons move more slowly than other casino's electrons).
It's for base Reward Credits, not Bonus Credits. If I understand how
Harrah's works (and that is questionable) that means it will increase
your Tier Score, your cashback, your bounceback cash and quite
possibly the level of other offers you might receive in the future.

RC's. He's usually right about these things, and I am probably "the
rube" in this situation.
However, I've read the mailing and the signs in the casino AND the
promo description on the web site at least a couple of times each.
In past promotions, they usually say specifically that the multiplier
is for Bonus Credits. In this promotion it just says "Reward
Credits". The term Bonus Credits isn't there, although they do put
up a menu of benefits that applies to Bonus Credits.
I'm going to the Ameristar tomorrow night. I'll stop by Harrah's and
get clarification at the RC counter. Also, I'll check my Tier Score

I've got an ice cold Coors Light that says the multiplier only
affects Reward Credits (as in credits that are used for comps) 
I'd gladly buy you a 12 pack if it turns out that the multipoints are
for base (tier) credits. That would mean Diamond Status for only
$20K coinin and 7 Stars for only $200K CI!

Well, you haven't seen them in person.
They were in town on Dec 27 for the MNF Rams/Eagles game and I
happened to get a glimpse of them at the Casino Queen that afternoon
before the game. 
You'd have to give me odds. Throw in The Twins and you've got a
