Thanks to Howard and Carol for their feedback on Harrahs East Chicago VP locations.
The only playable VP at Harrahs Joliet I've seen are the three spin poker machines in the high roller room, 9/6 JoB for $1. Beware, DO NOT hit the max play button because you are playing nine lines at $5 per hand.. a whopping $45 per hand! The odds are exactly the same whether you play $1 per hand or $5 per hand on those machines. There are no bonus jackpots for full coin vs short coin. the mermaid
