SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Harrah's Entertainment Inc. (_HET_

Monday's closing bell that it has signed an agreement with Imperial Palace
LLC to buy the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas for $370 million.
The Imperial Palace occupies an 18.5-acre site. Las Vegas-based Harrah's
expects the transaction to close by year-end.
