Harrahs in Atlantic City

I will be making my first trip to AC. I am 7 Stars, and this is for my annual trip.

Can you help me with the hotels that Harrahs owns there. I am not sure which hotel to stay in, or what to request when I have my host make my reservations. Where do I fly into? I plan on traveling there in March, and not sure about the weather.

Any suggestions on machines to play, or which hotels to visit, as well as restaurants would be appreciated.

Thank you.

AirTran flies directly into Atlantic City. Otherwise, you can fly into Philly and take a one hour limo ride in AC (I assume that your 7* trip will provide a limo).

I this is your first trip I would stay at Caesars. It's the most upscale Harrah's property on the Boardwalk. Harrah's Hotel is also quite nice, but it's not convenient to the rest of AC. If you're staying at Caesars, ask for a corner room in the newly renovated Augustus Tower.

My fave dining options are the Italian restaurant at Showboat, the buffet at Harrah's, the noodle restaurant in the Caesar's casino and the free Seven Star Lounge in the Harrah's high limit slot area.

Hope this helps.

great advice, but the original poster should ask for a corner ocean view room in the *centurion* tower, not augustus.

caesars AC has no augustus tower!

the best unobstructed views in the centurion tower are from the 38th floor and above; the corner rooms ending in 01, 02, 18, 35 & 36 have large windows that will give you both boardwalk (ocean) and city views.

Oops. My mistake. It is the Centurion Tower. I mixed up the name with the tower in Caesars Las Vegas. BTW, excellent detailed advice on the rooms!
