Where on the home page is this contest? I can't seem to find it when I go to it.

That's been my experience so far. As for it being fixed...doubt it.

Anybody tried this on Harrahs.com homepage?
I tried it on four different days, and each time, on the final screen,
when I click on three of the nine poker chips, the first two are
always Rio, and the third something else. I think it is "fixed".
Picking three matching symbols out of nine, has a chance of 1 in 84 or
better (depending on how many matching symbols there are). That's a
lot better odds than you would have in many drawings and raffles.
I think it is preordained that you'll ose as soon as you click on the
homepage link, and the rest is just for "entertainment". I think there
are many "virtual chips" that make the choice of the three matching
ones extremely difficult.
Another WoF wannabe.
