Interesting thread, as I've been feeling that my offers have been
drying up lately as well.
My feeling is based on the fact that my wife is Penny and nickel slots
player (she always plays them max coin), while I am a $1 and $2 max
coin VP player - and she has always gotten better offers and cash
than I have, mostly due, of course, to the fact that her play (slots)
is more valued by all casinos than mine (VP).
This was the accepted standard of things for a long time, and I was
used to it, but in the past few weeks her offers have continued at the
same level, while mine have dried up to next to nothing, and those
that do come in are a joke.
We are both Diamond card players, and both of us spend about the same
amount of time at Harrah's properties, although in the past year I
think I've actually been in more as I'll sometimes stop in when I'm
near a property on a business trip, and I travel a LOT on business.
So maybe there is something to Harrah's reducing offers to VP players,
if others are noticing what I had originally thought was might just
have been a misconception on my part.
We've just come back from two long-weekend trips to Harrah's KC and Tunica
properties, and I'll be interested to see if this results in any
increase in my offers or not.
>i play in ac and i am a 7* player as well as my wife. we spoke to our
host, who we have a close relationship with just this sunday and she
advised me that HET is not giving the vp players much anymore .that
they are not valuing their play. she advised me to drain the card for
all its worth until it stops.she advised me that they have already
lost alot of card members play because of this.
good luck all
