I don't know about AC, but the Harrah's here in KC
attracts tons of people with their silly contests.
You're right, it IS a "simple formula, really" and
they are taking full advantage of it.

Don't ALL casinos - or at least all those with more than one card
level(which is almost all, I think?) use some form of "tier point
system(to calculate who's earned higher level(s) and who hasn't
yet)? I thought they all had some type of tier/point system?
Otherwise, how does Resorts know when you've earned Platinum? How
does Borgata know when you've achieved Black Card "status"? Etc.
