The following was received a few minutes ago from my host at Rio. Maybe this
will shed some light for those that have been asking.
"As of right now reward credits from other properties can earn you comp
rooms but food and beverage is strictly based on play at the property. So in
other word or to answer your question, you can receive complimentary rooms
based on other Harrah's properties play in Las Vegas and upgrades but not
food and beverage. Although, they are working on the new total reward
program, which will be active very soon, in which reward points/credit can
be redeemed throughout Harrah's properties. I hope I answered your question
and I will see you in July where a bottle of Glenlivet will be awaiting your
arrival".
