Actually in Vegas I don't think they will automatically deduct credits.
They will just leave the restaurant/show charges (that didn't come on the
offer on which you are staying) on the bill and you have to ask them to use
your credits to pay them. Or, you can ask your host to do this for you.
This is the way it works at Harrahs and Rio in Vegas. Perhaps there are other policies in other places???
