I forgot to mention that I asked and 4500 Reward credits (both basic and
bonus) = $10 cashback. You will get mailed these at end of any month where you
have a total of at least 4500 Reward Credits waiting to be "cashed out."
Also Basic Credits are used to determine Tier Status (I.e. whether or not you
have reached Diamond status.
Today (Sunday) Harrahs Total Diamond Lounge had some hot dishes including
excellent fried shrimp. They are now checking ID at both Harrahs and Rio in
Vegas.
