I was at the Rio today and asked why I hadn't received any cashback checks.
Basically I was told that if you earn less than 4500 in one month, you not
only don't get any cashback check for that month, but in effect, you lose any
partial cashback. Say for example you get 2500 points in June and 2500 points in
July - your total is 4500 but since it is in 2 months you get zero cashback.
Under the old system your cashback accumulated until you withdrew.
This isn't want letters about the new Harrahs system had indicated, and it
seems a ripoff and degradation of their Total Rewards system.
I will try to get a confirmation on this from Harrahs.
