It is now. You put your card in any slot/VP machine
and it greets you and tells you what your tier score
is and what your cashback is and if you left your
lights on in the parking lot and...no, wait a minute,
not so much that last one.
But anyway, if it says you have $XX cashback you go to
an ATM-like machine and put in your card and it prints
out a voucher which you take to the cashier.

After playing at a casino, let's say Sam's Town, on a 6x point day
(which happens often for us locals) I can go to the slot club and
receive CASH representing .6% of my coin in for that day.
At the end of the month, I ALSO receive a mailer from the same
casino telling me which days and how much "free play" I have coming
depending on how much I played in the past. This is use it or lose
it money and is what I'd call BOUNCE BACK CASH.
