In the database pages, Harrah's (pretty much ALL locations) has this notation:
"Cashback: 450 Reward Credits = $1 (0.07%)"
However, isn't that so-called cashback actually BBC??? And also, doesn't it
require 4500 reward credits (base plus bonus) in a calendar month to get
ANYTHING? Or am I missing something?

I haven't looked at the listing in a while. However,
I can tell you it's not 4500/mo RC to get anything
from Harrah's KC or STL. In all my years of playing
at Harrah's, I doubt I've EVER earned 4500 RCs in a
single month. However, I still get room/meal offers
every month, a small amount of cashback and entries
for neary every promotion and contest.

Agreed. I played a whopping $5 (four hands of quarter VP) lousy VP at
Harrah's in Cherokee, NC, just because we were in the neighborhood and
needed something to eat. Sure enough, the next month I got BBC coupons
for $5, a free buffet and a room (not at Harrah's, but another "nearby
hotel"). In other words, out enough in to get one point and you'll
hear from them.
