My husband didn't receive any "cashback in the mail" from Harrah's since the
beginning of the year, but definitely played more than the 4500 points
needed for a mailer. We went to the Rio today and asked at the TR club. Turns
out they can check if you should have received cashback which was lost in the
mail and not cashed. Sure enough - he had 2 missing cashback checks, and they
wrote out vouchers. Almost $100 recovered!
So, just out of curiosity, I asked them to check my account. I had received
a cashback in the mail this year, but last year it seemed like maybe I
didn't receive as much as I should have, but I really didn't analyze it.
Sure enough - I had 2 missing vouchers! $162 found money!!!!
So check with Total Rewards.
