Harrah's bonus credits seem to have somewhat of a random element. I believe
that as you play longer and longer your bonus credits will increase. For
example play 100 base points and you may only get 86 bonus credits; at 200 base
points you might get 200 bonus credits; at 1000 base points you may be at
2000 bonus credits; at 5000 base points you could get 14000 base points.
Other factors such as win/loss, time played, speed of play, and just random
factor X could also factor in. Thus 2 people playing at the same machine,
side by side, for the same time period, with the same coin in, should get
exactly the same Base Credits, but will have different Bonus credits. Thus the
difference for the 2 of you.

Caesar's massage: Many places won't easily comp spa charges, despite
seemingly heavy play. Sometimes they will comp restaurants they own, but won't
comp restaurants they don't own.
However, it seemed like you did have very heavy play.
So basically the thing to do before you check out is to talk to your host at
that point. Ask him which charges can be picked up. If you have other
charges like Spa or movies to room or phone cards (often which are not picked
up), ask host if they can pick these up.
Another good thing to do is to ask host about such charges before you make
them.
Since you did have such heavy play it wouldn't hurt to ask - nicely - very
nicely -- was a mistake made - could they pick these up retroactively (issue
you a credit). Or if not - could they give you some free spa treatments on
your next visit.
A lot of casinos are now giving out "spa weekend" packages or various extra
free spa charges during a special promotion. Some of the ones I've gotten
are:
Harrah's/Rio - spa weekend with 3 treatments (lower players may get 2
treatments) from special list.
Ballys/Paris - same (This is new - probably because Harrah's has taken over)
Luxor - $100 worth of free spa treatment
Harrah's Reno - $200 worth of spa treatment
If you like spa treatments another play is points at the Palms - they can be
used for Spa and beauty salon services. The Las Vegas Advisor booklet has a
coupon for up to $50 off useable for Spa (not hair salon). You can combine
these.
Note - I was told specifically by Venetian host they can't comp spa charges
because they don't own salon.
However, my personal guess is that if your play is high enough, eventually
at some point they will comp your spa treatments even if they don't normally do
that. I'm sure Whales get spa treatments!
