Harrahs Cash Back a Whopping .002

I just received the response below for Harrahs regarding cash back at Harrahs
LV and Rio. Can this be correct? A whopping ,002%

Hi Joel! Thanks for contacting Harrah's with your email question. The way
cash back works with Las Vegas, Rio and Laughlin properties, is that for every
4500 Reward Credits you earn, during one month, then $10 is sent to you in a
voucher the following month. Since your last trip was in November, you should
be receiving a voucher for that play soon. This voucher will be valid for one
year at any of the before mentioned properties. Different properties, such
as Atlantic City, have different cash back procedures, so you should check with
that particular property for their criteria. As far as the Reward Credits
earned at any Harrah's, these are also redeemable at any Harrah's property. I
hope this helps to answer your question and feel free to contact me again.
Thanks for playing at Harrah's!!!

FORTY FIVE HUNDRED gets you TEN BUCKS?? I think you
should get clarification, I suspect it's a typo on her
part.

If it's true, you would be justified in asking her,
"Aren't you folks at Harrah's the least bit embarrased
to even say such things?"

please look at the cashback info for harrahs in the lv database and

equal $4500.

I hadn't actually done the 10/4500=.00222 calculation when I posted my
response. All I know is it takes me MANY hours playing a quarter VP machine
to earn 4500 r.c. at Harrah's KC. If all I got out of it was a crummy $10,
that would not inspire me to play there and it's nothing for them to brag
about.

Carlos: then there's always the $1k RF you're playing for. And it
also takes you 45% of the way to annual Diamond. At which time you
should consider moving to $1 VP, getting a friendly Exec Host,
playing for $4K RFs with RFB. Consider it Jr College Graduation. CD

You can get RFB at Harrah's? I was under the impression that all a
host could do for you was comp a room and all other charges had to be
covered by points......at least that's the way it is in Tunica.

S; it's a lot like the folktale Propps would diagram. "The marvelous
pitcher." No matter how much you pour it remains full. The only
Harrah's we really use much is Tahoe as better hotels are avaiable
other places we frequent but you can include Rio, not Strip Harrah's.
If we can get Concierge 22nd floor in S'port, we could accept in
place of Horseshoe cross the Red. Even that should change with the
sale going thru next year. Since Tahoe is the flagship, RFB means
something there. We expect real suite upgrades, if available, at
least one real dining experience each day at a premier posh nosh, and
the best B's poured at any bar of choosing including Diamond Club. At
non-bar v machines, you have to take what's available for the normal
player, tho I imagine a real expressed need to a floor super would
get a decent upgrade hootch after checking your play level. All we do
is play $s with a few hits on $5s when either flush, lucky, or feel
need of a catch up-not so frequent. Though there are no advantage
games other than the odd hi prog, the level of comp is so high we
expect that which we would never think of paying ourselves. We,
usually, have tips and phone charges left on ckout and at times even
those disappear. Most of the advantage in doing what we do is due to
becoming friendly with a exex host, who asks you back, plans your
stay, makes your reservations and that list of clients pleases the
upper level mgt who hires them to do just that. Works for us for
about a month total each year. CD

I have stayed in Vegas and Shreveport on RFB and have not yet used

a RC

since the program started.
