Two of the key facts were left out of article for the HET sale. These guys
have to start at square one in getting regulatory approval (thirteen states and
foreign countries) since they are not currently casino gamers. Also the deal
has until March 2008 to close before the terms ($90/share) will be changed.
So it could be awhile before anything significant happens in the physical
plants and Total Rewards isn't going anywhere soon.
