If he has thousands of dollars in reward credits that would be a good way for him to use them. Seems weird though, he daren't set foot in C.P-L.V. but he is perfectly welcome in C.P.-A.C. "
In New Jersey, casinos are quasi-public places by law and he cannot barred there unless he is found guilty of cheating or other fraudulent activity.
I found this interesting too. Perhaps he was barred from the "Western" region of Harrahs.
