Hmmm that's curious, in his posting he says he was banned from all
Harrahs properties in Nev, C.A. and AZ. So presumably he can go to
town in A.C. and N.O. If he has thousands of dollars in reward credits
that would be a good way for him to use them. Seems weird though, he
daren't set foot in C.P-L.V. but he is perfectly welcome in C.P.-A.C.

Several knowledgeable in the AC VP community (as well as my business
partner, who holds a bar license) assure me that he couldn't be
trespassed in AC solely for skill, which is the implication of the
Harrahs bar. Then again, there's very little for him to play there.
It is clear to me that there is something more to his story which
meets the eye. If it were just an issue of playing machines, they
wouldn't have 86d him from the property, they would have just
restricted his account. Considering this decision was approved by the
highest levels of the company, it makes you wonder whether something
happened that the public isn't aware of. That being said, I'm very
interested in the results of both Gaming's and HET's internal
investigations, although it's doubtful either will see the light of day.

You are right, paladingamingllc.
Reuters is reporting that a search of Mr. Brodie's suite at Caesars' Palace
turned up a Mannlicher-Carcano rifle and a receipt from a Dallas book
despository.
It also appears that Mr. Brodie tried to get Harrah's to reimburse his
library fines.

Based on the precedent with blackjack, your friend would have a very strong case to fight a barring on the basis of skill.
