My two cents! I to never pass up an opportunity to tell Harrah's why
I won't play in their casinos. It is a business after all! And I
have complained once or twice when asked at other businesses.
Perhaps it will not do any good.... but you never know till you try!
I fill out those comment cards with both good remakes as well as bad.
Anyway, we received a survey from Harrah's New Orleans. They said
they missed us at the Slot Tournament and wondered why we didn't
attend?
Sooo!, I told them. Very basically, Bad Video Poker and a bad cash
back program! I did elaborate a little, such as: On the cash back,
if you live to far away one will not be able to cash it in before it
expires.
Since I only have enough to play in Shreveport, we spend it
carefully. I get better cash back else where, so we play there. I
will cash any coupons Harrah's sends to us and will play a little of
their better games just for the variety.
With Harrah's merging with and buying up every thing in sight I can
only expect that things will get worse before they get better, if
they ever do?

Harrah's bad vp and cash back
If enough people do what you did, perhaps Harrah's will get the
message. They give you a free room, stay there, play elsewhere. They
give you a free meal, eat it, play elsewhere. They give you a coupon,
play it and when it is gone, play elsewhere. Eventually, you will get
no freebees from them, but remember you paid dearly for those that you
did receive.
