Has anyone else seen the twice aired show titled Las Vegas Inc?
This was a business view of Las Vegas and one of the interviewed was Gary
Loveman, CEO of Harrah's.
If you think your offers and programs have been diddled with you're right.
Using proprietary software Harrah's crafts very different offers to specific
individuals.
Loveman has been in place for several years having first taught at Harvard
Business School.
I read a Forbes article about him a couple of years ago and if I remember
correctly he doesn't even reside in Las Vegas but frequently commuted.
