did this. Cut me some slack! 
I contacted Harrah's Joliet, and sent them this question:
"I love Video Poker, but I note a lack of full-pay machines at Joliet.
Is Harrah's going to put any full pay Jacks or Better, or Deuces Wild
machines in at Joliet, at a nickle or quarter level?"
The response:
"Thank you for contacting Harrah's Joliet. With the limited gaming
positions we can have, we will not be introducing 'full pay' poker
games."
The BS meter went off the charts!
Of course, I didn't expect them to answer much differently. Like I
said, I was bored.
