OK already, When I refer to it as a "secret tier" it means that
Harrah's does not openly promote it to their entire database.
There
is virtually no references to it on their website except a brief
blurb
in their FAQ in response to the question "Is there anything higher
than Diamond" and that question might only appear if you're a
Diamond
member.
Biggest value of 7-Stars is the annual trip for two to any Harrah's
