It is time to start comparing notes how this Brand-wide "3 Million on Us" Big
Bang Finale drawing is going to work. This is going to be a similcast for
all participating properties on Sept. 10th.
My sources are the official rules card from Harrahs-Laughlin and the
Entertainer magazine (a weekly Laughlin publication). The rules card spells out how
Laughlin players earn entries into the BBF. Every 25 Tier points in the same
gambling day gets 1 entry. The three daily drawing winners (May 6-August 27)
get 50 entries and three nights, Sept 8-10.
It spells out that in Laughlin you must activate your entries on Sept. 10th
between 6am-noon at the promotions booth. At 1pm they do a drawing for the
in-house daily winners to give away $2k and select 8 players to represent
Laughlin in the BBF.
At 5pm is the Brand-wide BBF is held, then H-L will do an in-house second
chance drawing for 1 million Reward Credits.

It provides some more information, mainly that the similcast is supposed to
be at Harrahs-Rincon. It also states there will be ten contestants per house,
not 8, for a total of 320 Brand-wide. Anyone not in the top three (4th-320)
gets $500.
So just this information has some conflicting facts. How are they doing the
BBF in your locale? How is Vegas with its six casinos doing this Brand-wide
drawing?
