One thing we definitely noticed is that the ability to book online at
harrahs.com without a mailed offer was killed by diamond-lounge triggered 'trips.'
The mailed offers kept coming, though, For months.

They put that information into the formula for sending out mail offers.
However, how much it is a negative factor no one knows. I find that they
will continue sending you offers even if you do have some "trips" without
play, especially if you do play big on the days you do play. But I have no
idea where the line is!!!
