Are there any good vp machines at the Hard Rock in Tampa, FL? We're in the area for the Daytona 500 and we were contemplating driving over if it is worth it.

The best video poker available at the Hard Rock Tampa is $2 bonus poker where all 4k are paid at 35:1 (you are paid $350.00 on your $10.00 bet). The long term payback on this game is approximately 99.65%. This game is available at $2.00, $5.00 or $25.00. 9/6 Jacks or Better is also available at the same denominations. These games are found in the high limit room.

The best video poker available at the Hard Rock Tampa at lower denominations is the Illinois or Airport deuces with a long term payback of approximately 98.90% (similar to NSUD except both 5k and SF are shorted. The 5K only pays 75 instead of 80; the SF only pays 45 instead of 50). This game is available in both the $.50 and $1.00 denomination all over the casino.

If you are expecting comps like in Nevada you will be dissapointed! They don't even comp drinks or bottled water even in the high limit room. The Seminoles have a casino monopoly for 100's of miles and really get away with keeping it all to themselves. If your tastes are in $.25 game, the best you will find is the 96 or 97% games.

Wouldn't it be easier to go to the HR in Hollywood FL?
