I thought I read somewhere that 60 points is the magic number for Hard Rock
mailings -- something like $50 per week free play and $50 in food. I had 130
points and Feb. and 73 points in Mar. (even after they withdrew 33 points)
and got the same mailing as my daughter who had 1 point in Feb. and 35 in
Mar. Anyone know how Hard Rock works?

I wish I knew :-(.
They had some nice promotions early last year that my wife and I played. I
subsequently got some nice mailings and she got NADA even though she played
as much or more than I. I finally found out why just a few days ago.
Apparently at some earlier time a piece of mail addressed to her had been
returned to the Hard Rock. So, they flagged her account as having "returned
mail". Even after we changed her address from a very old one to the correct
one, they never cleared that flag. We verified the address with them more
than once, but only recently did I ask them to check further. Doh! Me bad!
So, watch out for some of those kind of gotcha's.
