I also received the Hard Rock LV locals mailer after the first free play period had expired. The slot club had no problem putting the missed free play on my card today.
YMMV. I was refused tonight. I think it is a case of who is on duty at the booth. There appear to be some new employees and a lot of chaos there right now.

According to the slot club and Ritchie, NOBODY was, nor will be given, the late free slot play unless they were there to request it on January 3rd. Hard to believe they would punish loyal customers based on their mistake.

I live in San Francisco and I haven't got anything from them for this quarter. I don't know if I've been 86'd or they are just not sending stuff out until after the CES to out of towners.
