Hard Rock LV Kiosk Game
What was the game? How many swipes did you get? HRH President Pusateri quit last week.
I will be at the HRH this weekend and will be doing a walkthrough based on VPFREE2, and will update on Wednesday after I return from The Wynn.

Same promo as usual, 1 swipe per 250 points, 5 swipe max. Someone told me in a private email that Hard Rock corrected the problem later in the day. I guess I just got screwed. Maybe you could be the future HRH monitor all over again?

Had to go to the club kiosk as sometimes the other don't always work.

They must have "turned it on" sometime during the day. I went in the morning
and the boothling said too bad we're not doing it today but here's some free
play for your troubles. Then I got a phone call from the Hard Rock around
noon that I was not able to answer and they did not leave a message. But
sure enough, when I went back to eat that evening I checked the kiosk
because of the HR missed call and sure enough the shot glasses were there.
Kudos to them for trying to get in touch with me and let me know.

I stopped in tonight. Boothlings still claim to know nothing about yesterday's problem and swear the promo ended last week They were very very unhelpful. I finally got the name and number of a management person to contact tomorrow. It appears their financial problems have driven away all the good employees.
