Absolutely !! The meaning is that Hard Rock probably uses the (IMO)
unfair method of DAILY AVERAGE play tracking. For example, on Mon. you
arrive at the casino after dinner and play $5K before retiring. On
Tues. you play all day and run $13K through. On Wed. you play $15K.
On Thurs. you leave for home at 10:00am and only play $3K that
morning. The casino AVERAGES your play over FOUR days, and arrives at
your daily average coin-in.
Therefore, even though you are giving them more weekly (or monthly)
coin-in than you did previously, your "freeplay/CB/offer status" is
penalized because you are doing this in more days than you did before.
Since I learned this, I have determined that it is unwise to use your
club card during play on the first and last day of a casino stay,
since it will spoil your daily average for comp/status purposes.
