Hard Rock Las Vegas, the disappearing machines

I haven't seen these myself, but someone reported to vpFREE2 that the 25c 3/5 play JoB have been moved to near the Luxe Bar. That's the big round bar near the garage entrance.

When the new owners Brookfield Real Estate Finance Fund II took over last month, they hired Warner Gaming to manage the casino. William Warner and some of his associates were formerly with Station Casinos.

This place is a slot lovers heaven but not much left
for video poker warriors. My guess is that all playable
machines will be gone soon.

I had a gut feeling Warner would take out all the 99% or higher games. In Vegas change is bad. Just a gut feeling they are going to move toward a slot parlor. I was there last weekend and Mr. Lucky's prices were raised 25% or more. My recent mailer had no free play or free food offerings. They also haven't had a slot tourney in years.

My mailer has got progressively worse in the last 12 months. However my play is probably a fraction of a big-time local. I average 10k per trip. I used to get Santana tix, free food and free play. The new mailer I just got was only a card and not a elaborate folded printout.

Just received my mailer and it hasn't changed from the beginning of the year.

Got my mailer, it was only slightly less than last month.
Also got an invite to a tournament in June.
