The new Hard Rock LV slot club rules and benefits are
now available online:

Video poker is still $2 coin-in to earn one point.
The redemption rate is now 400 points per $1. Used to
be 500 points per $1.
There are now four card levels instead of five with
some different benefits than in the old system.
According to the slot club attendants, we do not earn
comps in a separate earned comp account anymore. We
are supposed to use points for restaurants, etc.
Points can still be redeemed for free play. And we can
now also redeem points directly at the restaurants,
gift shop, etc.
Did not ask about the earned comp balances from the
old system, but it was posted here previously that we
can still get those from a host.
