Hi. I've noticed that there seem to be fewer street solicitors
handing out "escort service" pamphlets on the strip. A few years back
they seemed to be everywhere on both sidewalks. They have apparently
been restricted to certain areas now. Especially at that narrow piece of
sidewalk around Casino Royal. There was a write up in the "Question of
the Day" dealing with this....I missed it. I think the city/county
tried to outlaw the practice, but ran up against the U.S Constitution
and the ACLU. Would someone bring me up to date on the currant status.
Thanks, Dick McK.

Don't know but... I have an idea to put them out of business. Have the
casinos along their stations put out huge trash cans with signs saying "Accept
all handbills then dump them here. With further wording explaining how the
workers cannot be supplied fast enough to keep up with the outflow in hand bills.
JT, he heard the word "romp" will soon be banned on vpFREE but not FREEvpFREE
