Is there any PRACTICAL way to estimate EV for Bingo offers/promos? The only
one I've seen is the LVA/Mike Shackleford Progressive Bingo analysis--but
that was a rare occurance.
No, I don't think I'll need a set of strategy for that--just a neon pink
