Hacienda (Boulder City) 4x and COD?

Does the Hacienda still have 4x points on Tuesdays?

And is the Card of the Day back? The vpF database sez it's been gone
as of a couple years ago, but another source (possibly out of date)
says nothing about its removal.

I thought Boulder City was the only town in Nevada that bans Gambling ?

Per Wikipedia "The Hacienda Hotel and Casino which has a Boulder City
mailing address, is officially located on a parcel of private land within
the boundaries of the Lake Mead National Recreation Area, and is not
officially within city limits."
